Service Description

This session is for new clients and is a great, cost-effective way to experience Raynor Massage. The session lasts for one hour. In this time, you will fill in a health questionnaire, engage in a consultation to discuss your individual needs, and receive treatment. Usually this will be around 15 minutes consultation and 45 minutes of massage treatment, but can vary depending on the client's circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly request that all clients give a minimum of 24 hours notice when you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where this notice period is not met, the full treatment fee will be due. In the event of unexpected and unavoidable circumstances on the day (e.g. illness), clients may reschedule their appointment up to three hours in advance for no additional charge. If you are experiencing cold, flu, or Covid-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
